HIPH CEO Ryan Fishoff Q&A with Cannabis Hempwire, transcript follows:

After a couple of years we are welcoming back American Premium Water Corporation (OTC:HIPH) CEO Ryan Fishoff. Mr Fishoff sat down with cannabis hemp wire to give an update on APW.

Cannabis Hempwire (CH): Mr Fishoff, happy to have you back:

Ryan Fishoff (RF): good to be speaking with cannabishempwire again.

CH: Lets get right to it. APW has recently launched CaliBear, can you tell us more about the CBD brand:

RF: The Company entered into a JV agreement with CaliBear back in February to produce an entire line of CBD products that includes CBD infused gummies, CBD tinctures, CBD pain cream, CBD lip balm, and CBD infused nano water and shots. We sold out of our plant + body essentials product earlier this year, and shifted those CBD topical categories to CaliBear. We are going to launch new plant + body essentials CBD and non-CBD products next year, but have shifted CBD topicals to the CaliBear brand, which has been our main focus. We just launched the new CaliBear CBD website ( with topical products available for sale. We are very excited about the launch as we just shipped out the pre-orders and have begun focusing on the retail launch.

CH: Where will CaliBear CBD product be available for sale?

RF: Aside from the CaliBear CBD website, CaliBear products will be sent to retailers in the coming weeks. We have been focused on getting the preorders shipped out to customers and setting up back end fulfillment. Now that this has been accomplished we are shifting focus towards wholesale and retails distribution while simultaneously focusing on different digital initiatives to grow our online business. Our focus is on sales and growing revenue.

CH: How has your Companys sponsorship with the AVP Tour Sponsorship helped your sales goals?

RF: The Companys partnership with the AVP has been a game changer. First off, it's one of the first CBD partnerships with a major league sports organization. Most importantly, it gives CaliBear credibility with consumers and retailers. It's a validation that has opened doors and the eyes of consumers. It's been a great partnership so far, one that we are fortunate to have and one that we are looking to further leverage as we look at inventive activations and partnerships, including looking to return to the Super Bowl next year, which will be held in Los Angeles. Nothing is official yet as we have had preliminary conversations but its something were keeping an eye on.

CH: What are some of the activations and partnerships that you are working on?

RF: We are working on ways to amplify the Companys presence in stores and smoke shops. We announced back in March that we have a distribution partner with Just Logistics, giving us access to over 2,000 smoke shops in the Northeast corridor. In April we announced that we acquired Hemp cannabinoid licenses in New York state for distribution and retail. I believe that these elements provide us a great foundation to come up with innovative installation and activation programs to promote CaliBear and other products from the Company. Like I said earlier, sales is our number one goal, and the Company is working to best utilize its resources to grow sales and increase revenue.

CH: You have been focusing on New York a lot, is it because you are from there, or are there other reasons?

RF: I definitely am a lifelong New Yorker and know the city and state very well. But beyond being a local, I am very convinced of the business opportunity the region (Tri-State) presents. The CBD industry is in its early stages in New York and the surrounding states. Many of the local states are just starting to legalize marijuana. The customer bases have not been exposed to a lot of CBD and do not have a proper education on its benefits. In the 1-95 corridor between Maine and Virginia, there are approximately as many people as California in a space half the size. There is tremendous opportunity and I am happy that our Company is leading the way to establish our brands as premiere CBD products in the marketplace.

CH: When will the CBD nano water and other beverages be available for sale?

RF: We anticipate that the CBD nano water will be available for sale sometime this quarter. Its been a product that has received a tremendous amount of demand. We have been working on perfecting the flavor profile of the product. We are in the final stages of testing and development and look forward to bring to market as soon as possible. I think the beverages (both water and shots) will be our most popular product which will open more doors for us.

CH: Are there any other nano-infused products in the pipeline?

RF: As I recently stated, we have a number of products that are under development, many of which utilize proprietary nano-technology. I have been a big believer in nano-technology and its efficacy of amplifying compounds for many years. I really believe in the power of the technology to be a game changer in delivering a compound into the bloodstream in a more efficient manner. BEyond CBD, I believe there are a number of clinical and therapeutic applications of the technology. We are currently working on developing products that can utilize this groundbreaking technology, but also leverage the Companys existing distribution network. We are currently experimenting with a couple of compounds. When we have more testing back I look forward to providing more updates to shareholders about it.
